These appointment are for those seeking treatment with a psychologist who do NOT have coverage through the RCMP/VAC/ICBC. If you have private extended health care coverage, this appointment type is for you! If KPG is able to direct bill to your insurance company, you will be able to provide this information in your intake form. If you cannot find your insurance company in the intake form, it means that KPG is not able to directly bill to your particular insurance and sessions will have to be paid for out of pocket.

These appointments are for those seeking treatment with a psychologist who are retired members of the RCMP or CAF, their dependents and/or their spouses. A K# is required to schedule this type of appointment. Appointments for couples therapy or individual therapy for a spouse or dependent require pre-authorization from VAC must be approved prior to starting therapy. The admin team can assist you with obtaining approval if needed.
